P&P & DELIVERY
All orders over £20 have FREE UK DELIVERY via 2nd Class Royal Mail.
During busy periods, such as Christmas, we upgrade this to 1st class, however delivery can take longer than usual. If you haven't received your order within 5 working days of receiving your shipping e-mail please get in touch.
Cake toppers are packaged carefully in a board backed envelope.
Multiple toppers, party decor, gifts etc are packaged carefully in postal boxes to avoid any damage during delivery.
WHAT DO I RECEIVE?
Each product will have a description, listing exactly what you will receive.
All cake toppers come with bamboo sticks and glue dots to attach as needed.
Party decor comes as listed in the product description.
DAMAGED GOODS
All products are carefully packaged and should arrive perfectly, however should a product arrive damaged, please contact us at hello@dunnewithlove.com and we will arrange to send another.
RETURNS
Many products can be returned within 30 days of receipt in the same condition that it left us. However, personalised products which have been designed especially for you are non-returnable, as are sale items and seconds.

If you're in a hurry and require fast delivery, please contact us on hello@dunnewithlove.com and we can discuss your options. (Please note: this will not always be an option, however we endeavour to please and help all our customers as best as we can.)
